Jay So is a highly accomplished martial artist and the proud founder and owner of NEXTStep Martial Arts, a renowned Taekwondo studio located in the beautiful city of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. With an impressive track record spanning over 20+ years, Jay has dedicated his life to teaching self-defense and martial arts to the local community.
Jay's passion for martial arts ignited at the tender age of 6 when he embarked on his training journey. Through unwavering dedication and relentless practice, he has achieved the remarkable feat of holding a 5th-degree black belt, exemplifying his expertise and mastery in Taekwondo. Julissa Diez Canseco
Martial Arts Instructor
Julissa Diez Canseco is a Peruvian taekwondo athlete and instructor who works at NEXTStep Martial Arts in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. She represented Peru at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, in the women's 49 kg category. She is also a biologist and an MBA graduate. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and skills with others, and inspiring them to lead happier, healthier, and more confident lives.
