How much does a birthday party at NEXTStep cost?
Birthday parties are FREE for current NEXTStep members. Non-member parties are available at an affordable rate. Contact us for current pricing and availability.
How many kids can attend a birthday party?
Our studio comfortably hosts parties of up to 20-25 children. For larger groups, reach out and we can discuss options.
How long does a birthday party last?
Parties typically run 90 minutes: about 60 minutes of martial arts activities and games, followed by 30 minutes for cake, presents, and celebration.
Do the kids need any martial arts experience?
Not at all. Our instructors guide every activity and make sure every child feels included, whether they have been training for years or have never stepped on a mat.
What should kids wear to the party?
Comfortable clothes they can move in. Athletic wear, shorts, and t-shirts work great. No jeans or dress shoes. Current students are welcome to wear their dobok (uniform).
Can we bring our own food and decorations?
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring cake, snacks, drinks, and any decorations you want. We provide the tables, chairs, and space.

How far in advance should we book?
