Use of This Website

Services Description

NEXTStep Martial Arts provides Taekwondo and karate-style martial arts instruction for students of all ages, including:

• Tiny Tigers (ages 3–6)
• Junior Warriors (ages 7–12)
• Teen & Adult (ages 13+)

Class schedules, program availability, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program at any time with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

Assumption of Risk

Martial arts training involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, bruises, and other injuries. By enrolling yourself or your child in any NEXTStep Martial Arts program, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All students (or their parent/guardian for minors) are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any classes. We maintain a safe, supervised training environment, but participation in physical activities is at your own risk.

Payment Terms

The following terms apply to tuition and fees:

• Tuition is due on the date specified in your enrollment agreement.
• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and ACH bank transfer through our secure payment processor, Helcim.
• Late payments may result in a suspension of class privileges until the balance is resolved.
• Additional fees may apply for belt testing, tournaments, uniforms, and special events.
• All fees for testing, tournaments, and special events are non-refundable once paid.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrollment:

• Written notice is required at least 30 days before your next billing date.
• Cancellation requests can be submitted in person or by contacting us at (717) 457-0023.
• Prepaid tuition is non-refundable for the current billing period but will not be charged for subsequent periods after proper notice is given.
• Trial classes are free and carry no obligation to enroll.
