All times Eastern. We’ll confirm your request before your visit. Times may change during holidays and testing weeks.
This Saturday (Oct 31) the studio is staffed 9:30 AM – 11:15 AM for a special event; visits are by appointment. Saturdays are by appointment only (make-up classes, belt testing, and events).

Come ready to move
Wear comfortable athletic clothes. We train barefoot on padded mats.
Meet your instructor
Arrive 5 minutes early. No prior experience is needed. Let us know if you or your child feel nervous.
